1st quarter pored, doing this in 8 yrd increments, site mixed total pour 7 1/4 yds, 5 sack mix. this has only took 4 years to get to this. Will do the other side next, then the center in 2 pours. Used a power screed and 48" power trowel...

48x48 shop. I'll post a photo of the other side...... all the stuff will move over to the concrete, next step will be to insulate the walls and install wall covering.

yup.... tried to do the concrete last fall but ran into freezing temps before we could pour.

We are finished... there's nothing more we can do to it. 8-1/4 yards of concrete today.

4 years is nothing, although it does seem like forever. It took me about 10 years to get to the piont where I could pour the new floor in my garage. Once that was done, it was like breaking the ice.

Once the concrete is done, you'll be so happy and glad it's finished. Make sure to take plenty of pics along the way.

did you cut a control joint in the first pour yet? Might not be too late to put a couple cuts (1/2" deep) at third points......you can use a 4" angle grinder with a diamond blade. I use a 2x as a straightedge.
