Nice work Jim, hello from a fellow Northern Virginian (Loudoun County). I just finished up my garage and decided to not go the VCT route, I have packs now sitting in one of my basement rooms unused.

Here are some photos from Tuesday. The process took me a few years but it finally came together. Please feel free to comment and ask questions.

Quick update, have secured an installer and ordered a lift. I'll post up pics soon once it's all completed.

For those in the area that have performed their own pick-up and install, where is the best place to hire a flat bed trailer and where is the closest shipping terminal to NoVA?

I am in the same boat now, I have been ordered by my wife to get a 4 post lift installed due to the driveway having too many cars parked on it :) I'm in Loudoun Co and looking for someone reliable. I would do the install but there's no way for me to remove the equipment when it ships to my house.

I have a few boxes of brand new Armstrong Commercial VCT tiles available. Available colors are: Black, light grey, dark grey and a box of blue. Local Pick-up only.

Which lift were you planning on? Those are very similar dimensions to mine and I am planning to purchase one in the coming month or so. I don't plan on picking it up and installing it though.

P-dawger good to see another Loudoun resident, curious do you ever make it out to any of the local CnCs? I'm in the process of doing up the new garage and planning for a lift in our small 2 car.

I'm currently in the market for a 4 post lift and wondering if there is a chance that another 4 post lift group buy could happen?
