Thanks kd3pc. I was thinking of doing a re coat but I am concerned it wouldn't last because I was told it needs to be dimabrushed. If I can just clean it with an abrasive cleaner and recoat with a non slip additive that would be ideal.

Hello, I am new to the forum. I see there are an abundance of products to choose from out there. My two priorities are NON SLIP and Durability. My garage is currently coated with ucoat it, I believe per previous home-owner. It looks like just tan paint if I didn't know any better. No flakes...
