The two sediment trays I have fill the bottom and leave a gap for the spray bar. So basically plumb the system so that when the pump is turned on, I can select whether the spray bars work with the nozzle on top or one or the other. Basically a three way selector valve.
I was trying to figure...
Ive gotten a 300a myself. I'm wondering if you could send me some detail photos of how your plumbing is from the spray bar up. I think someone tried to use compressed air for the spray bar on mine. Also, how many gallons did you need for it to work fine? Site said 16-45 gallons. I plan on using...
Ive picked up a 300a myself. I'm trying to figure out some of the plumbing. I think someone tried using compressed air for the spray bar at the bottom. This one I think is from early 90's. The pump turns on just fine. Would it hurt if I used water to test for leaks before using any solvent? I...
Sure wish my girlfriend could figure out a tool catalog. Usually I have to make a gift registry for her to have a clue of what to get me.
Sometimes 1/2" just isn't enough to get her job done :lol::lol:
Thanks everyone for their inputs! One guy asked about the proper "era" of the trim in the house. Only thing I know is, house was physically built in 1954. Now, I cant say for "when" the trim was installed, or was it salvaged from another home and installed here. I just "assumed" it was put in...
Okay, bought a older house and it has nice trim throughout with 6 inch baseboards. Problem is mainly my attention to detail. Over the years, the trim probably has 6 layers of paint and runs and roughness keeps getting painted over. I've started with one room and it has become a JOB! Looking for...
Well I ran string lines....bout an 4" drop in the worst area. I tried working from one end towards the middle jacking. All I managed to do was push up on one section, the decking still bowed in between the rafters and also the rafter cracked. So I sistered in a 2x6 beside it and tried lifting...
Thats what I have been wondering......im going to try and fix whats there and worst case, ill just have to tear down the whole thing. I will be running string lines across and figuring stuff out. As to BCZYGAN question, it appears as the end truss and the #1 beside it were built fine, but as the...
Errr.....a complete tear off was not really what I wanted to do. ;/ I was hoping on a quick fix. But I understand too do it right the first time. Im going to have to gather together a metal roof quote to see how much that's going to run me, so that when the roof structure is worked on one week...
But......the end wall has a 6 ft French door in the middle. I would think the door header would not be able to support a LVL beam. And to be able to install the LVL beam, I figured I would need to build temporary support walls 36" off center on both sides to support the ridgeline while I cut out...
So I bought a fixer upper house. It has a sagging/drooping roofline on an addition. I talked with a neighbor who watched this addition get built in the 1970's and he even told the guy it would sag. So it has been sagging for the past 40 years! Now its my problem and I am needing a new roof...
