Out of curiosity, has anyone ever just replaced the whole pump/piston portion of a jack? Like maybe I can get the whole hydraulic part and put it on the old jack body

added two pictures. took the retaining ring and the two parts off the end of the piston and got an o-ring and a plastic ring out of the pump hole. http://imgur.com/a/S5bTe The O-rings shouldn't be much of a problem to find, but I have no idea where to get the plastic seal things.

Also, I live in central GA (macon area). Anyone know of a place that I could find these kinds of parts in GA?
