Oh regarding lift companies, I’m definitely all ears. There’re few threads on Rennlist for it but are there some good ones that standout ?

I don’t...I do swap tires for track days, check pressure and fix minor things etc. Architect has recommended epoxy floor but I like polished concrete look yet I’ve been told that it’s hard to get stains out. I’m also considering tiles but that can get very costly..looking at all options.

Great tip, Yep, I’ve discussed with architect and structural engineer and they’ve taken this into account.
