Is there a way to determine if the surface is too smooth. I’d like to not have to grind. Floor has never had anything on it in the way of cars or equipment. It’s “virgin” concrete.

Yeah that’s about it. I assembled two in my shop and have removed a few. Be sure to remember where cables came from as some are different lengths.

Should have mentioned my brother is the contractor and we will be doing a lot of the work ourselves. That should keep costs way down. I’ll only be paying for slab and grade work. The rest will be us and his crew.
