Haha yeah we needed it really bad here in NY!!!

No it's for sure water backing up through the drain. It left a good amount on the floor but then slowly went back into the drain.

Thanks guys my buddy came over today and snaked the lines for me. He said they were clear so I disconnected the downspouts and diverted them away from the garage. I will start here first... and yes it was a torrential downpour that we had!!!
