Both the stain and polyurea are sold through Legacy Industrial and are compatible with each other according to them so that is not really a worry. My concern is will I be able to create the look I'm going for effectively with the stain, or will it end up looking like garbage.
Hey Guys,
We are currently building a new home and I'm planning out my garage. Since I'm starting with a blank slate I really want to make it cool. I saw a picture a few months back where a guy had made a calcatta marble looking floor, I believe using epoxy. I thought it was so cool looking...
Yep, I think that is the best option. I just need to figure out what to do with all that **** along the wall. I need more space. I'm still worried that I will only have about 2 feet on the right side of the car to work. Maybe that is enough...
I'll definitely want to make some type of...
Hey Guys,
I would like to install a scissor lift in my garage and I'm planning on recessing it into the concrete so it is not in the way. I've been looking at these three units:

Great idea!
This didn't quite turn out exactly as I had envisioned. I would have liked to get the trailer more vertical so there was less or no load to suspend. The trailer is just too long though. Does anyone know if it is okay to leave a load suspended on a chain hoist? I'm planning on installing some...
To the guys that purchased the lift, please update us with pics and your experiences with the lift. I'm still very interested, but just not ready to buy until I build my home.
It seems like all of the questions and hassle just wasn't worth it for NAT to bother with this group buy. Maybe if...
Agreed. I tip servers, valets, etc well. These people usually work for minimum wage and work hard. They live off tips. Most contractors do quite well and charge a pretty penny for their sevices. If someone goes above and beyond I will tip them.
Typically people that like that type of design here build a rambler with a finished walkout basement. This is also nice, but not what we like. I would say up here about 80% prefer the 2 story with 4 bedrooms up top though. My company just built a beautiful rambler in an upscale part of town...
