You can order something similar from the UK (legally), but the original "Jarts" (by Regent) / "Javelin Darts" (by Hasbro) / "Lawn Darts" (by Franklin) are prohibited. You can buy Hasbro flights on eBay but you'd have to get creative to make a knock-off set for yourself ... but this picture...
