I just bought some Philips advance 5000K bulbs (82 CRI) with 3100 lumens per 4ft bulb (not yet installed). I really like the 6500K color also and hope I didn't make the wrong choice. Oh well, only one way to find out.

Good deal. I thought it was only wet locations and ceilings weren't considered wet. But now I know. Good thing I installed a gfci when I did my opener just in case. :)

GFCI is not actually required for in ceiling receptacles are they? For garage door openers at least. Is that correct?
