Just wondering if JSK has any updates? I know it's only been a little more than a month, but I'm ready to buy the 5000lb version... Thanks.

What I've been testing (QUICKJACK by Ranger Products)!

I'm really looking forward to the 5000 lb capacity unit. Would buy right now, if available. Looking forward to more details about it. Only reason I can't go with the current version is two of my three vehicles are over 3500lbs...

How well does a garage floor need to drain water?

Hello from a old RMCB5 friend! Congrats on the new house. Bummer about the pooling - with all the rain we've been having, it's probably not helping your concerns. Do you think you'll tile it, racedeck, or epoxy it? I wonder if you can adjust that area, like Silver suggested. This thread has now...

Show me your SHOP TRUCKS (PRE 1980 ONLY)

I stumbled across this little gem, on CL the other day... http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/4039891051.html Not exactly a "hauler", but would be a fun little shop truck... Just something different.

    Older Rotary parallelogram lift

Is it worth spending more for a newer lift? What is the life expectancy of that cylinder and would it be costly...

    Garage door opener choices?

A lot of us have the LM 8500 and there are plenty of threads/posts about it. Why have an overhead obstruction, when you don't need it. Go for the 8500!

Denver, one-car garage addition... finally! Lots of photos..

Hey CNG - I didn't entirely cover all the brick, but just the short strips of the outer walls, approx. 18" of brick that we floated the siding over. I thought about leaving it exposed for a unique look, but it looked unfinished. I really wanted to get the front wall in brick, but it was just too...

    Older Rotary parallelogram lift

I found this older Rotary floor lift for sale locally, it's just down the street from me. http://denver.craigslist.org/pts/3966195315.html I can't seem to find too much info online about it. I think it could fit my needs. Seems a bit pricey though. I found this link here on GJ...

Denver, one-car garage addition... finally! Lots of photos..

Long over-due updates! Got the pass-through cut and brick removed, siding and trim is up, not the original plan I had, but brick veneer is too expensive... Electrical is in and final inspection signed off. Have to get the last window in the gable end and a vent on the ally side. A few more...
