Back when I worked in a garage we would piss in the shop sink half of the time rather than walk all the way to the back to the real toilet so I plan to put in a decent sized sink that is conveniently at urinal height. Two birds - one sink. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Why not just do a two wall addition? Expand the garage in direction you wish, raise the roof, pour a new elevated slab over the existing flooring and have the garage you really want without losing the history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
