I ran cat5 underground to mine twice and soon to replace it with fiber. The first time I replaced it was due to a lightning strike. It struck the ground between my house and shop. Fried everything connected to the wired network and ruined the cable. By what I understand if I would have had fiber...
I run a 1972 Champion that I got used and replaced the motor. If the time ever comes to replace it I will buy another Champion.
As far as requirements to me you want a two stage pump and it needs to be a low rpm pump. The cheaper units speed them up to get more CFM, all that does is make them...
When I insulted my pole shed I stapled house wrap between the post from the inside then used fiberglass Batts followed by plastic for vapor barrier. I couldn't be happier with the results.

My original idea was to mount the pump in the loft in the back of my shop, come out of the loft with 1" black pipe go up to the ceiling two...
Is there any advantage to mounting the pump remotely on a skid? Was wondering if remote mounting with 30ft or so of pipe would help with removing moisture from the system.
