Talked with a company that does polyurea floor light flake which they say is not as durable vs heavy flake more durable with longer warranty 3 years vs 5 years. Their prep is acid wash no grinding.( new floor no oil or sealant) is this OK? Cost is I think pretty good about 2.25 a sq foot I am...

I have looked at all options epoxy /plastic foor tiles(ie race deck) and polished floors. I have also looked at a few acid stained floors with sealer applied over. The cost is way less and I like the look. Any one with any experience with these? How it holds up? Thanks for any info and pictures...
