I have looked at all options epoxy /plastic foor tiles(ie race deck) and polished floors. I have also looked at a few acid stained floors with sealer applied over. The cost is way less and I like the look. Any one with any experience with these? How it holds up? Thanks for any info and pictures would be nice? Garages are 3300 square feet- 10 cars. plan on a 4 post lift and light mechanical work

An acid stained floor if coated appropriately for a garage environment holds up as well as a flake system. Key being maintenance.

There are 3 forms of concrete stain; acid stain, water based stain and acetone based stain. Regardless of which is used, the garage floor would be best prepped via diamond grinding first.

We like to do a 4 stage grind to semi polish or hone the concrete, then apply our stain. Again, because it's a garage floor, an epoxy and polyurethane sealer system would be best.
