Almost 2 year update, inside the floor has held up well although I think the entire floor is slowly yellowing. The outside areas show that the clear coat shouldn't have been used there at all. When I do this again I won't use clear coat. I will say that I'm please with everything else.

There was an interesting thread on here a while ago where the guy used a tee shirt and spray foam, build a kit that is flexible for various needs. I've been thinking I might try the spray foam but use some carbon fiber for a cool look but then again I have access to scraps.

Hey there, here is the issue: my gas hot water heater weeps regularly. It's my first gas hot water heater and it's been doing this since I moved into the new house. Is it normal or is the valve bad? I never had this issue with my electric hot water heaters. Thanks
