The romantic hills of central Umbria, Italy,
We have somehting like these at work, and they're really good... however... do NOT drop heavy stuff on the shelves - they'l take *some* weight, but not an impact weight. If it starts to give (we had this issue storing motor components that were in excess of 100 lbs), then you have to either brace up the centers of the shelves (what we did on most of them, BTW) or reinforce the shelves with a second piece of steel or a 1/2" plywood overlay...

Me? I like it, tho I wonder if you can get the component parts separately, without having to buy the set of 3? I could use the stand up cabinets more than the short ones... if they're the ones like we have, you can't go wrong for the $$$ (even if you have to brace them up)

I started looking at commercial auction houses for my gear... sometimes they will have a lot coming out of some location, and all will be the same. CL or eB is kind of a crapshoot, and most of the time it's missing the shoot...

Yeah, I was just wondering about the Sandusky line. They have more expensive things, but this one in particular seem to be a sweet deal, and I have found the tall cabinet available separately elsewhere, but it's the free site to store shipping that makes the combo really attractive to me (in spite of hating WalMart).

I used some old metal kitchen cabinets for above my benches.

I have another set that still needs to be refinished I will sell. 3 - 36Wx30H, 1 - 30Wx30H, 1 - 18?Hx30?W (these are 12? deep) and a tall matching unit (like a broom closet, maybe) 20?Wx6'?Hx20? deep, front to back. If refinish/repaint is not a problem for you then send me a PM if your interested. I'm in Midland.
