What is your hold back percentage? Hopefully you have money held back to be released upon satisfactory completion.

I had a local guy ask to use my Garage for a photo and video shoot he was having done for his diesel rat rod (53 Chev with a 12 Valve Cummins). As a thank you, they made a video and gave it to me. I love the production value, this young man is going to have a bright future.

I have two 9x9 clopays on my house garage for the last 7 years and three on my shop for the last 2 years. They look identical to each other. That's a lot of sun, snow and ice and they still look brand new.
