Polyurea top coat should have dried in just a few hours. It sounds like the top coat may have a temperature range for installation as most do. If it falls under the required temperature the proper chemical reaction does not occur... It may cure just very slowly... I have no experience with this...

Thanks guys... We put in a lot of hours and do almost everything ourselves. We only used contractors for the granite, carpet, and new A/C installation. We are reselling it, Its listed at $162,999... I expect a sale price of 155,000 - 160,000
