Polyurea top coat should have dried in just a few hours. It sounds like the top coat may have a temperature range for installation as most do. If it falls under the required temperature the proper chemical reaction does not occur... It may cure just very slowly...

No, we used the existing poured pan. We just removed the old tile, ground down the thinset and retiled. The showers are integrated into the slab here. Thanks for the compliment
