They made some good progress today. There are just two guys building it. The owner and a helper. Windows and entry door in, wrap under the steel on one side. Opted for the wrap to keep the spray in foam off the metal in case I ever have to replace a panel

Thanks! This is just the prepped pad, concrete will go in after. Pole style building, 2x6 laminated 8' on center. I'll be using a 4 post lift, havent found any issues yet with the ones I've been looking at.

Some before and after the dirt work started. Had to have a few trees pushed over and the pad was more off level than it appears. My dirt guy used "wash out" from concrete trucks to fill with.

Thanks for the input. I'm attempting to load pics of my current shop. It's simple but has served me well. 23' wide x 26' deep inside the walls So stick built over pole barn? I'm using a guy that builds them like Morton does. Just curious the advantages of one over the other? Thanks again

Thanks Drive, we've sold our current house and will be moving to a new location where I'll build. I'm thinking minimum of 1200 sq feet, budget and land layout will determine most of it. On the builder's schedule to start first of June
