Planning on getting a shell built and finishing the interior myself, is it worth getting a drawing from an architect/draftsman ? It's a 30x30 addition, the chimney and veneer are in the process of being removed and its just block wall to add to, no restriction and set back is at 37 off the end...

It will be at least 20 wide and 30 deep where the lift is going.

Unincorporated, with no HOA and no restrictions. I have a easement in the back for electrical and I wont be anywhere near it.

Just bought a home and I'm wanting to expand the existing detached garage by adding another 20x30 to the right to put lift and a large tool room in the rear maybe. Not too sure about the flat roof, may put pitch roof over entire addition if feesable. Thanks for letting me join this fantastic...
