    You show two bottom plates, Only one should be needed. Since you are buy 10 footers anyway, wny not make the walls 10 feet? George

    2 Post lifting height

    Tom, I have a Rotary SPOA10 and can lift my F350 up high enough easily work under it. I stoop just a bit to get under the frame rails and then can stand up. I'm 5'11". I have 12' ceilings, if you have taller than you definitly won't have issues with an EH1 or 2.

    Yeah the Metal Supermarket is a decent place to go. The large steel yards are cheaper but don't usually have the customer service.

    Monitor Barn Style Garage

    What is teh ceiling height for your lift stall? I built my garage with 12' ceilings which works but I wish i could have 14' or 16' to lift a bit higher and have room for a trolly/hoist and ceiling fans. But even with 12' I can lift my F350 and walk under it, but I can't have teh hood up.
