    thanks everyone for the comments just got a quote on the concrete, holy smokes was it high, was told it would be $120.00 per yard. At that rate for the bid the slab will cost more then the building did. :headscrat :mad:

    white metal walls and celling with a two tone diamond plate wainscot and chai rail, custom epoxy floor. Still have to build an upstairs storage loft, finish out the office, build the bathroom and shower, and install all the cabinets . picture is not the best but it is all I have to work with...
