Where to source 60 ton press plates?

south east PA. I would assume there is some sort of formula for type of steel, gap to bridge and pressure to give me the correct thickness? Then just having the plates machined.

    Is this an SB 707?

I'm sure I overpaid. I was looking for two years though and the cost of not having one was starting to out weigh the cost of overpaying. I'm still on the hunt for a good parts vendor if anyone knows of one.

    Is this an SB 707?

I called the seller and he checked the pump numbers and its correct. I'm going up Saturday to check it...

    Is this an SB 707?

The unit is about 6 hours away. Before I call SB is there anyplace on the pump that would have some kind of identifying marks? I will call the owner to get as much info as I can before I call SB.

Hi, I have been a long time lurker of the site. I have always been able to find the answers to my questions until now. Can anyone tell me if this is indeed a saylor and beall 707 pump?
