If my memory serves me, the threads are 7/8-14. An appropriately sized bolt can be easily converted into a "thread tap."

CGA-170 and CGA-600, but I think the 170 could easy be changed to 540 or similar. Three local gas suppliers have never even seen or heard of this size cylinder, let alone they were not able to help me figure out how to exchange or refill it. Maybe this is just a trivial and petty concern, but...

I picked up this Craftsman oxy-mapp gas torch set this weekend. Anyone know where I can find and/or fill 7 cu.ft. oxygen cylinders? I know Mapp is no longer and I'll have to suffice with map-pro. (Sorry for blurry pictures; iPhone was not playing nice)

No. 3M is usually decent quality. Size/length is contingent on the tool. Mine utilizes the 1/2" x 18" Baxter air sander from Harbor Freight, so I need 1/2 x 18 belts.

I made my own earlier this year and have used it much more than I expected. It makes an excellent partner to my M12 die-grinders (straight and right-angle). The belts from Harbor Freight are about worthless, so sourcing some higher quality abrasives is a must.

Rotary offers different vehicle contact options: flip-up adapters (which is what they sent you), round screw-up adapters, and truck adapters. Based on your pictures, it appears you need either the round or truck adapters (depending on what vehicles you plan to lift).

Guess I should have mentioned in my original post that I need at least a 3" jaw capacity. I was not aware of the chromed Knipex, so those may be an option. Nor had I thought of the non-sparking type, although cost is going to be prohibitive there.
