where did you see that on the miller rebate site? I spent close to 600 to get set up so i am not worried but i looked at the rebate terms and details and didnt see anything regarding discounts, gift cards or anything. My receipt has the full price for each item listed and the discount is taken...

if the company has a presence in a state, then it is required to charge tax for that state. If not, then you are required by state law to pay tax when you file your state return. Some people opt to not include the internet purchases on their tax return. thanks for that.
