    Hexagon LED shop lights

I'd guess about 2 hours for assembling the 3 sets and about 60-75 minutes per bay (x3) to hang with a helper. A bit of that time was just measuring, marking, etc. Like anything else if I did it again it would be a bit faster.

These connectors in particular are 2 prong with hot/neutral in there. Just took a couple pics, attached - I have also seen these in 3 prongs as well from other mfg's

Correct, all the tubes and connectors are separate. There are 57 x 17" light bars, 12 x 46" light bars, 1 T splicer, 8 straight through connectors, 3 90 degree/elbow connectors, 27 Y connectors, 17 V connectors, and 2 wiring pigtails. When you look at all the components included (over 70...

1200 for the 3 bays including shipping, no tax charged. Most other sellers are 650/set or so and most look fairly identical. Lessons learned - take your time putting them together, and definitely get some help in hanging them. When I attempted to hang an entire set all at once it did not go...

    Hexagon LED shop lights

The seller I bought them from (teslamize) is offering for 400 a set shipped - he even threw out a code for this forum to use "GJF" direct on his site: https://www.teslamize.com/

    Hexagon LED shop lights

Guys - I bought 3 sets of the mentioned hex lights above and got them installed this past weekend. After a bit of trial and error installing them in different sized sections, we got them up. Man they are BRIGHT! I wound up putting each bay on a separate smart switch so I can control each...

Good idea - checking around but best I'm seeing is 7100-ish shipped to my local terminal + tax. Also a good idea - I would go this route already if I owned the lift already.

Funny I just asked the rep the same question - do the inserts work with the 77" width setting in place, they said no. That will rule out the 9000XLT for me, really leaning toward the Wide buddy now. PS - I just got a quote for the Direct Lift 9000 - they no longer carry in the PA warehouse (at...

This is a good catch....definitely a cleaner look. I feel like I'm putting more thought into this decision than any of my previous cars, ha!

I actually watched the install video for the "wide buddy" last night and they are adjusting the locks via cables as well - Here are the flooring inserts I'm looking at - would like to use these for storing items in between projects...

You can technically use only one hot leg off the 220V to do that, but since I have my 220V car chargers on that same circuit that wouldn't be a good idea. :) All good though, after far too much research I'm leaning toward either the Direct Lift PP9, the Advantage 9000XLT, or even the Backyard...

Advantage / Backyard buddy lifts - Talk me in or out of this..

I'm approx 2 hrs 15 mins / 94 miles away. Definitely an option to drive out there although I'm betting there are some local members that may be closer. :)

Great input, thank you. Will try to find some locals who have one of each - a buddy of mine has the Wildfire so I'm covered there. :)

All great input, thanks. I’ve been carefully calculating the heights - not a ton of room to spare but it should work. Won’t be lifting anything other than sedans/sports cars but it’s all good. Exception could be loading my wranglers for tire rotations and wheels changes - really thinking about...
