I am currently working on a ICF total build home. At the moment they are using acrylic stucco as the finish inside the triple garage.
When we formed the ICF. I framed in a 2x12 around the perimeter with 8" bolts into the pour. I notice you have a buck on the inside flush with the ICF. I did the opposite and faced the ICF with the 2x12 P.T. before we poured.

I agree done a a few of those jobs including Hardie Plank and we always put tar paper behind the seams and any corners for gab appearance mainly. Even though we had Tyvek on the walls.

Get on the net and look at Aliexpress. I ran 48 feet with no issue and have experience doing the connections and amplifiers for your 84 foot length. Each run of 5 meters needs approx 50 watts of power. So you'll need a 300 watt power supply to start.

I also agree on the 5050 go route, 3528 too dim unless you go 3528 double row led which i have seen for 50 bucks a 5 meter length. I purchased 15 meters of RGB 5050 for 80 smackers. Great price
