They actually did send me a scanned copy of the exact manual for my model. She made it seem so easy! I've attached the manual in case anyone else might need it. Not available anywhere else I looked online, which seems crazy.
Genie Tech Support for the WIN!!! This particular model (1995) requires a wire harness that plugs into the STB port on the back left of the unit. <$10 for the wire harness (Genie 20302R) and I should be good to go!
