    A few things I run into with jacks on trailers at work. Is there any bend in the tube? Rust & road dirt & salt? You should be able to pull the handle off and have the tube drop out. You can try smacking the tube out by hitting the foot and working it out that way.

    My understanding from my Snap on rep. is that Snap on bought the old Vise Grip factory in Dewitt. The new Snap on grips are dead ringers for the old US made vise grips. And since they branded Snap on and not Blue point indicates they are made by Snap on and not an outside manufacturer.

    Sell the snap on NOW and get top dollar for it. You all ready know what many refuse to believe, If it says Snap on on it it HAS to be the best. I've been running Mac/Dewalt for years (and ******* the Snap on dealers off when I prove my guns have more ***).

    That blower has an actual transmission in it, not a a friction disc like other blowers. The machine is well worth rebuilding. They were a top shelf machine and would easily run over $1000 new today.

    Try doing out in the field on a customer's machine covered in frozen mud by yourself. it can take 15 min. just to get to the machine. gotta love solar sites.

    I personally do not feel solar is the way to go, just too many unknown variables. What is the actual life span of the panels (the most expensive part of the system)? By the time you get to the payback point will the system be outdated? My neighbor spent $16k to "save" on his monthly power...
