Cost for a professionally done epoxy job ?

I don't think any... the slab is brand new and smooth. When my tile guy did my basement floor, he needed to use self-leveling cement because it wasn't flat. This doesn't apply to my garage slab because it was poured to certain pitch specifications.

Cost for a professionally done epoxy job ?

The $7.50 quote for epoxy job included mechanical grinding so no acid wash needed.

Cost for a professionally done epoxy job ?

I had a contractor verbally quote me $7.50 / ft - and this person was recommended by ArmorPoxy. If this is the going rate in my area (Stamford, CT) then I am going with Porcelain Tile. I can find a nice tile for $2 / ft and then I have someone to install for $5 / ft - so $7 all-in.

Cost for a professionally done epoxy job ?

For those that have hired professionals to do a 100% solids epoxy with full broadcast of flakes, what are you guys paying per sqft? I have a 1,700 sqft garage and would like to get an idea of what to expect. Thanks

    Porcelain tile layout question

So I am thinking of doing a 12" x 24" tile for my garage. Should the 24' length be installed parallel to the garage door (direction the car drives over it) or perpendicular? Any difference in strength between the two layouts?

New 1,800 sq foot detached garage - flooring advice?

For Hellfire - what is the recommended prep on a newly poured slab? Do I need grinding or acid etch? Also has anyone done any in-depth comparison between Hellfire and Rustbullet ?

New 1,800 sq foot detached garage - flooring advice?

Slab has been poured on May 24th so I am trying to figure out whats the best path forward for flooring. The building is around 58' x 30' with a small bump out on one of the 58' sides for a french door. I have 2 garage doors on one gable end (30' side). Plan was to use the first 20' or so of...

HVAC advice for my newbuild (30'x58')

Yea, the plan was to run just 1 unit during the summer for AC. No back-up heat source other than having two mini-splits. So if 1 goes down I have the other. And if my electric goes down, I have a 45kw whole house generator.

HVAC advice for my newbuild (30'x58')

So I got a proposal today from my HVAC guy. He also did a load analysis and said heating load was 42k BTU and cooling was 16k. He recommend (2) 2-ton (24k) Fujitsu units (AOU24RLXFWH / ASURLF) and he said the following: • UNIT IS RATED TO HEAT DOWN TO -15 DEGREES • @-5 DEGREES OUTDOOR EACH...

HVAC advice for my newbuild (30'x58')

Would love to stay under $20k installed or less. Anything that will filter occasional cigar smoke would be a big plus but not required. Garage doors will be opened infrequently and for short times only.

HVAC advice for my newbuild (30'x58')

Floor Plan is wide open. (2) 10' wide x 9' garage doors on the North end. No windows on the east and south side. On the west side will have 6' wide double french doors (8ft tall - probably anderson 400 series). Then will have (2) double hung windows to the left and right of french door (3'...

HVAC advice for my newbuild (30'x58')

Rule of thumb is 500 sq per 1 ton. I have 1,800 / 500 = 3.6 tons. But I have 13 foot ceilings which would argue for more tonnage. On other hand I will have closed cell spray foam and no windows one of the 58' sides. So this argues between 4-5 tons I also used this website...
