Roadrunner hay squeezes are very common around here. They're essentially a 12k forklift built on a semi truck chassis. Meant for chasing trucks from the field to the shed. They'll go 70mph with a 6 speed Allison and 300+HP. Essentially the most awesome, roadable forklift built.

Preparing J- Head Bridgeport for Movers

This is how god intended BP's to be moved. The eye in the top of the ram is OK for moving around in the shop, but it'll never be balanced when you so to ****** it there. When the head is upside down and the knee down, they're pretty far from top heavy and very easy to move around.

The tool picking rigs of Garage Journal

This ol' wore out lumber wagon has moved about 100 tons of my junk. It tows a little better than the beater with a heater 97 chebby 1/2 ton I had before. One of these days I'll upgrade to a flatbed dually and get a not toy sized trailer.

^I see you are yet another proof case that forklifts are chronically almost out of fuel when you need them most. I'll add another one to the list of must have attachments. A spare propane tank or two.

Ed, this is my 5th shaper overall and 3rd in possession. That old Atlas got traded for a Burke mill that then got traded for something else. It's been quite an acquisition process over the past 10 years. DIF: I live in a small, rural town where it's mostly a free-for-all for what goes on in...

It needs some sort of drive put together. It's never been run off anything but a lineshaft. Power on the tool, semi-universal table, and it being 9 miles from home drew me in like a moth to the flame.

Used my larger stinger today to stuff a shaper that followed me home in my conex storage unit. My 5K Hyster didn't wheelie with 1500 lbs hanging 6ft out on it (1.2X chart rated ft-lbs cap).

Looks good Ed. If that lift gets squirrely, just flop some more iron on the counterweight. Rumor has it you can slab a forklift out to 150-160% of rated capacity and hnot hurt anything.

Same with you Ed. Maybe we'll cross paths in person one of these days. This one is about 450 lbs, and I really don't want to get my fingers smashed trying to get it set.

The most useful "attachment" is the traditional rotten pallet. Makes a great osha manbasket. I have a couple different stinger booms that are handy when working out a ways like to the centerline of a trailer. Someday I'll get a real crane, but for now it works. The trailer ball hole is a...

what to put on a trailer bed?

I have used this stuff in the past with great results. It's not cheap, but it's made for marine applications and really sets in. http://www.rotdoctor.com/products/product.html Greyson

    Flare Nut Breaker Bar

That's mostly what I do now if I can't get a regular flare wrench on it. I like how it's permanently attached. It ***** fishing around in a grease filled belly pan for your crowsfoot. Greyson
