NO WAY I would have an unbolted lift. I have had a couple and both have been bolted. You would have to be a thrillseeker to work under an unbolted lift. My installer does lots of commercial and residential lifts and agrees.

All (except 92 VIN 2 Viper) are driven.

Finally finished adding a new detached garage to house extra cars. Thanks to all here for helping me with such things as Epoxy Coat (note blue/white flakes color coordinated with cars--thanks Christine) and Lowes.

I put epoxy coat down 10 days ago with flakes. Did not use clear and am not sure why I would. Looks fine--is there any real reason for clear?

No you should not accept it . I am just saying that it happens and when it does you should get some relief. In my own case my contractor not only had to fix it but put an epoxy covering over it. He also warranted it for 5 years.

Exactly. Why does everyone here freak out over spalling? On one of my car sites folks were ready to lynch a contractor. It is not great but it happens and can usually be fixed.

Agree. I have lost track of how much bad advice and incorrect info there is on this thread.

Premier did my attached garage and it was first rate--and great cause they did all the work. I just added an attached garage for my sports cars, but Premier closed the local office. I heard about Epoxy coat here and it seems to be popular. I have emailed the company and Pmd the rep here but...
