Tried xylene & acetone nothing happened.

No luck w/hair dryer, bags have been off floor for several weeks.

Does not seem to be from the clear bag material. Cleaning hasn't helped.

Had plastic bags of top spoil on previously shiny epoxy dark flake garage floor for several months. Now have 2'x3' white imprints & no shine where bags were. Can I touch up areas with a clear coat? Not sure if previous clear coat water or urethane based.
