A bit over 15' x 26'would be the outside dimensions of a detached single car garage we would be putting up this year. Size is limited by our lot and setback. About 400 ft.² Reading some of the post titles from you guys it makes me laugh 30 x 40 or 40 x 50 or 50 x 60- that would be nice :)...
