You know what, you're right. I would never pay $1,700 for it. It did it's job after Hurricane Jean and now it will go to another good home. I thank all of you for your input.

Have to sell; moving. Trying to figure out how many Watts is this generator in my garage and how much to ask for it? I fire it up every month to make sure it's working. Bought it after Hurricane Jean in 2008. Never had to use it since. I also had a man service it about a year ago...
