Doesn't look like hail damage. Granules seem to be fine. In pic #3 look like something dripped or was slapshed on the roof.

No food source in the garage. They keep making spider webs inside and outside espicially aroung the outside lights Of witch I have 8. They leave a residue that will barely come off.

How do I get rid of spiders? They are only bothering the garage. They are inside a little bit and around outside lights and siding. They leave droppings that are tough to remove. Need help spring is coming again

Kilz it and 2 coats of good paint ie Valspar Signature Series available at Lowes works better than most paints

Try ice and water gaurd

I just poured my floor yesterday and I too am confused to hell as to what to use on the floor. Thinking plastic mats. porcelian and VCT are out. Leaving epoxy ,sealing as I did my other garage or rubber coin tile mats. God this is so confusing.

Just poured my slab today 16x26 6 yds concrete 782.00 Labor 525.00 You have 3x's as much so figure about 4000.00 around here .Like Rslaback said he doen't really want to do it I'd say.
