It's 684 sqft with $1300 for labor only. I guessed 7 hours for 3 people. Total of 21 man hours. Comes out $61 an hour. I rounded down.

When you figure the cost per sqft they are charging it is double the national average and their competitors. Not saying they aren't trained, but it's gouging.
