I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night......... No seriously though, I've worked 18 years, all helicopters. I started out in the Army on UH-60 Blackhawks and I've worked on everything from S-61s, Bell 222, 206, 212, 412 and now working on Bell 214STs in Afghanistan. Pretty sweet...

It was required in the military. There are quite a few different SSN these days from the first three, as I know the first three in Georgia used to be 259, but not there are so many different ones now that its crazy. I was surprised.

They are using the GMTK kits for helicopter maintenance also. Why they have the Metric tools in there is beyond me though, as the Bell helicopters are SAE. The Sikorsky are SAE. The Boeing is SAE. The new Lakota Helicopter though, based off the EC145 and BK117 should be SAE, but I'm not...
