Anyone ever come across the Armstrong Small Arms Repairman Tool Kit before?

It's hard to look it up and find the info on the value, and whether it is worth it...
It comes with Pelican's awesome artic/desert extreme weather condition resistant cases (same as the GMTK) filled with plenty of Armstrong tools to repair small arms.
I'm not finding much more on it though...
