Is the exterior of the house brick? I had a service call to a house one time about a patio door shocking the owner. It only happened after hard rains. Finally figured out a brick tie nail had been driven into a wire in the wall, bricks would be conductive when saturated.

I came home yesterday to find my Epstein's day order on the table. Some channellock, and an Armstrong 1/4" drive 88 tooth ratchet plus other goodies. :beer: Ratchet is super smooth.

I picked up this and a bench-top lathe today from the local woodworker's shop that is closing. I picked them both up for less than $1100. This is my first spiral head jointer.
