I have to comment that the current breed of LED traffic lights are horrible. They are so much more directional that it is far too easy to get just out of the field of view of these things and not be able to see if its red or green.
I wouldn't touch em for at least a few years. I've seen way too many LED replacements coming out of the far east that are being overdriven. They are trying to push more candles out of these LEDs than they should to keep up with the output from the existing light sources.
I'll chime in and add that I just started this same process on my little 20x18 garage in Central Texas. The walls were insulated but the door and ceiling were not. I added the reflective aluminum bubble wrap stuff to the west facing door and had a dramatic temp drop. I also have an HOA to deal...
Its also going to depend on how much of the space is occupied.
I have a 20 x 20, with
QTY-----TYPE
2------4bulb, 4ft CFL fixtures
2------2bulb, 4ft CFL fixtures
all 6500K lighting. The walls are unpainted and the floor is bare concrete. It looks like a ton of light until you start...

If the water is spending more time in the radiator cooling, then there's also water spending more time in the block heating up...
I'm no expert on thermo/fluid dynamics but about 10 years ago, I went and dug up alot of information on cooling for cars. My Nova was having a hard time with it...

To keep the cost on target for the conditions and application. They produce a product to meet the robustness for "field" conditions but can keep the costs down for automotive signal sampling frequencies.
Most typical scopes are for sitting in a nice temperature controlled setting, not outdoors...
For me the verdict is still out on the Husky tools but I couldnt pass this one up. Maybe someone else can use one too. Help this helps. I took the pick after I removed it from the box.
We've got some various track lighting in the house that I put up from both Lowes and HD. The hookup is easy and the rails will give you a bit more precision in placing the light where you want it but I have to say you wont get nearly the same kind of light you can get out of even a pair of T8s...
