Are those in t8 ballasts, replaced your bulbs with led compatible ones? I know thats common for people replacing t8 with LED. Or are they straight LED with no ballasts? Since I'm starting new I can go straight led, no ballast, unless it makes sense to go with a ballast and led on a new install...
