I just used an old kitchen cabinet and cut where needed to make the blumbing fit. Removed the top sliding drawer and nailed the face of the drawer to the cabinet. Put in a brace where I thought it could use some more support. The best part was that it was free and the bottom door hides the pipes.

Draftsight is by far the best alternative to autocad. It is even well developed compared to paid competitors of autocad. Auto cad is an industry standard in many industries, draft sight is as close as you can get without paying for it.

Why do you want to run cat6 if you already have fiber? If it were me I would go a bit larger with your second run of conduit. I would leave a good pull cable in the tube for later on down the road. Im going to make a new run to the garage this summer because I will be digging up the old feed...

I recommend using IP cameras and a good NVR package that supports a wide variety of cameras. Exacq makes a great NVR software package and the cost is pretty reasonable (per camera license ). I have been buying some 360 and 180 degree cameras and they cover a large area using just one license...
