It looks like some kind of expander. The tip is tapered, so I don't think it is for PEX piping. It had a clear hose attached to the rear tube. One of the markings on it is "Made in Western Germany", but no mfg info. Anybody recognize this.

Some Gantrys I built to lift bodies off the frame and put on a rotisserie. Work great and come apart for storing.
