New metal barn shop... Horsepower ranch!

Mine is from American Steel Carports also. I'm pretty happy with them. We had a few communication issues where things didn't get passed along to the architect, but it worked out in the end. They don't really do much to seal up the building, just slap the trim on over the corners. If I out want...

I need to thin out the herd a little, right now there are 7 cars and a camp trailer inside. My 1966 Aristocrat Lo-liner is all blown apart, so there are trailer parts everywhere. Somehow, I just kept finding deals that I could not pass up, after the shop was done. I seperated one of the bays...

It's a thin insulation with aluminum on both sides. I only had them do the ceiling to prevent condensation drips.

Anti-seize drying out in bottle what to add to it?

I like it better once it gets kind of dry, not as messy.

That's exactly what I did in most places, run the MC thru the rib. I was also able to run it above the trusses. I ran individual wires thru 3/4 conduit to a box near the center of the garage and MC from there to boxes above the outlets and switches. Then EMT from the box down to the outlets and...

I ran EMT and MC cable. Most up high is MC and everything down low that could be easily damaged is EMT. The main runs are EMT, because I could run several wires thru 1 piece of conduit instead of running multiple strands of MC. I'll try to snap a few pics, it might be a few days.

My budget Rustoleum Epoxy project/ story

I used a kit that I bought on clearance at Sears for $30 in my old garage. Marginal prep, decreased and etched. I did clearcoat it with H&C clear. It was my working garage for 2 or three years and has been a rental for the last 7. It had some surface marks on it from me working, but no chipping...

    Anti-Fatigue Floor Mats

I had the Harbor Freight ones, but oil soaks in and metal chips, etc got imbedded. I finally bought this one that has a plastic coating on top.

Thanks! The building is from American Steel. Hope the B doesn't teach the Fiats any bad habits, like leaking oil!

New metal barn shop... Horsepower ranch!

Thanks! It's not a showpiece like some of the garages here, but I spend most of my time working on stuff in it, not cleaning and organizing. I would like to do more, but there is only so much free time.

I did 2 coats and think it took about 8 gallons? I wish that I would have sealed it before they put up the building. The slab got all muddy when they constructed the building and I couldn't get it to look uniform even after cleaning and etching. I added traction additive and it isn't slippery...
