Any record on date when Verona Tool became Woodlings-Verona? My sledgehammer has the Woodlings logo, but the top stamp says Verona Tool Werks (or Works).

Thank you both for your responses. I was concerned about the change from paint to chrome being date sensitive, but logo design trumps that I think.
