I have a HF and a Kobalt one.. Both work great.. I think I paid 100 bucks for the Kobalt. 40 for HF.

I was in Lowes a week ago and they had individual wrenches on clearence.. 2-3 bucks i think.. Another place would be Harbor Freight. Maybe the pawn shop? Sears as well but they are pricey.

Use a cursive "e" motion.. take your time and keep an eye on the puddle.. Come out looking like this.. Since your rockin the miller 211 it should come out better once you get your wire speed and heat down.. Make sure the stickout is at the right length and gun at the correct angle..

That looks like a nice box.. Get what you can afford.. Looks better than a HF box but I would rock a HF box because it is about the same price and you can use the top as a work bench which is nice. I doubt you would want to scratch the clear coat and metal underneath.. I have a stainless box...

Got some welding done.. Ran out of shielding gas :angry: I pretty much have everything fabbed up and welded in place on the main supports. Lifting device is in place anf fully functional. I still need to weld in gussets and install adjusting pins. After that I have to fab up attachment arms...

I give him hell all the time :) Having long hair working in the garage would **** and get nasty.. I would never last with long hair.. I've seen designs for the roll over thing and one that you can roll in a cage.. Looks neat but I dont think it would support the chassis very well..
