    I checked this website when I was planning to build my 15'x16' loft. 2x10's @16" OC will be plenty strong. I ended up using 2x10's @12" OC for my 16' span.

    If you have a smart phone (everybody does) download "I Heart Radio", buy a nice Bluetooth speaker, pair the two and listen to your favorite radio stations. You won't have to worry about reception and you can listen to almost any radio station in the country.
